Aye. I will post a Fleet Roster in due time, but if you do not receive the information in time, do know that 4 of the Galactic Federation's infamous Stealth Ships will be flanking the entire fleet cloaked. The visible fleet will be the Battle Group Aegis. Only 1 Mon Calamari Heavy Carrier and 2 Bothan Assault Cruisers will be in the system currently. 3 Nebula-class star destroyers, 5 other Bothan Assault Cruisers, 2 Nebulan-B Escort Frigates, and 10 Corona-Class Frigates will be on standby at Naboo.

I already posted a fleet roster and it's being worked on.

So, why wasn't this information mentioned ingame? You're acting as if you're going to negotiate a peace treaty with an extremely malevolent force.

So .. your using ... 760 year old ships, you've collected a battlegroup to .... sign a treaty, with a peaceful nation. With a force like that your just asking for war.

Which can be arranged.

It will be mentioned in-game. That's exactly why I'm telling Bone about it. He is the one to update me on security detail. The Chief of State doesn't wake up in the morning and suddenly has knowledge of every single force that will be available and every single ship that will be present as escorts. you are right. We are dealing with an extremely malevolent force. However, that force is not you, but the Galaxy itself. Travelling from the Core Worlds all the way to the Outer Rim Territories leaves a wide gap for criminals to jump in and interfere. A ship hosting the sole Triumvirs--rulers--of the Galactic Alliance must be protected at all times. With them obliterated, who could assume authority in such little time? The Charters were changed since the New Republic. Anyhow, I will collaborate with you on the Galactic Alliance. I'll make my own fleet roster just in case, a full review of the political system, and how the government operates.

Fine, I'll call it the "Peace Brigade". Refer to above, Laufey.

There's a reason the meeting is highly secret, avoids the whole 'people who want to kill you' part. Pirates aren't going to get there hands on that information. But your sending an entire Battlegroup to sign a treaty that will start Space-UN. You don't need a battle groiup. you need A ship, and some Reinforcements. Who you take a small fleet, the very Militarized Mandalorians will see this as a threat, and take action.

Like I said in my Post, which you deleted. You don't want to provoke them, your not here to end a war.

It's not highly secret at all. As a matter of fact, if it was the Mandalorians wouldn't have given the location to the Galactic Empire. It is merely a place to form the Galactic Union. Fine. Bone, say that we have the 4 cloaked ships flanking us with the 2 visible Nebulan-B Escort Frigates. The rest of the Battle Group will stand as backup from Naboo.

Since Martok said the meeting will be taking place in just a few more posts, I decided to post, under the assumption, the Empire already has the Coordinates for the meeting from the Mandalorians. Plus, I just really wanted to post a RP post somewhere.

Great job, Laufey! I'm glad someone had the courage to continue the plot. We need not stall any longer. We need someone to role-play the Jedi Grand Master Illador since Lionna is unavailable. Nuch, I am delegating such a job to yourself. I haven't seen Proteus around in a while.

OK Martok, since I'm RP'ing the Grandmaster, is the Jedi your talking to in the last post of the first page the Grandmaster or just a Jedi?

I don't know what Nuch is detecting on his sensors ... Cause the Stealth Ship is soooo good it hasn't even left the Fondor system.

Also Nuch, I think you should search up on Faraday Cages.

Lol.

Nuch - A few things

1. The Mandalorian FEderation certainly doesn't have the technology to detect the ALLIANCE'S stealth ships yet. There wouldn't even be fluctuations. In regards to stealth technology, the Alliance is most advanced. Do not forget that they were the only ones to possess stealth ships during the Bloody Core Wars era.

2. As a matter of fact, when meeting royalty, the Chancellor tends to bow, bob his head, or even shake his hand. If you don't look up your facts, please don't assume things about the Galactic Alliance.

3. Just so you know, it was the Chancellor (or, as you called him, "Alliance delegate") that addressed you. I just found it odd that in one sentence you referred to the Chancellor as an alliance delegate, and in the other as the President.

4. I believe it would be obvious when you see a group of Jedi surrounding one man--the Jedi Grand Master, and the Oligarchy Representative tends to be a Zabrak. Both Triumvirs would stand aside the Chancellor. Not to mention, their faces would have long been televised across the Galaxy. The leadership of the GA is no secret.

I did say they were Imperial... We're assuming.

1. Why can't the Federation detect them? Just because you have the best stealth, doesn't mean I don't have good sensors... The Mandalorians had Stealth Ships during the BCW, they had one saved over from when you sold one to them. The Mandalorians also created their own line of stealth ships, they were used in RP multiple times. They know how stealth works.

2. I know, it was respect for Narir, if Narir wasn't royalty he wouldn't have done that. How am I supposed to look up something this trivial?

3. Yeah sorry about that.

4. I meant it was his first time meeting the Republic delegation in person. Sometimes people can't attend meetings and they send a lackey.

And how exactly would you detect Imperial stealth ships, which are really Alliance Stealth Ships? The Mandalorians have their advantage in weaponry, but the Galactic Alliance has its advantage in stealth tech and other wide areas of technology.

1. Sensors were never made to detect stealth ships of the era. Without the proper tools (Galactic alliance tools at that), it would be impossible to create technology that can detect the GALACTIC ALLIANCE's stealth tech. And the GA is the only galactic power with such advanced stealth technology. They had a whole millennium to advance their technology in that aspect. You got a copy of one of their stealth ships, and if it was tampered with, the system would lock itself down. You need to stop overestimating the Mandos. EVERY galactic power has their area of speciality. You need to respect that, Nuch. The Mandos can't have everything.

2. How are you supposed to post about something you have no knowledge of? Narir has basically encountered GA society, so he wouldn't know anything about our culture.

3. It's okay.

4. Well, you would have saw them over holograms and so on.

1. I never said the Mandos would have everything... They just detected a ripple, it's nothing great. Unless your ship is made of plastic, it will have a magnetic signature. Who are you to say that creating the technology to detect the GA's is impossible? If anything that's the Empire, they've existed uninterrupted for much longer than the GA. You've had the last 200 years to advance the technology, not a millennium.

For all he knows, it's a bloody asteroid. He said they might have someone else. Normally such small anomalies will be ignored, but when galactic leaders are present these things become a massive problem. If the anomaly was, let's say a raiding party, they willingly ignored it and the Mand'alore and Prime Minister were killed, the crew would be put on sentence for negligence.

2. Martok, you have no knowledge of it either, your making things up as you go. There is no guide on Galactic Alliance culture. Saying this is Narir's first encounter with Galactic Alliance society, is some what a very overestimated statement. It's like saying Vladimir Putin never encountered American or Chinese society... They're the big players, they share borders, if he never saw them, it'd be an absolute work of miracles.

4. I meant in actual person.

1. How would they detect a ripple when there was a whole group of ships that entered hyperspace at the EXACT same time as them? If the Rebel Alliance had stealth ships when they mobilised the attack against the Second Death Star, do you honestly believe the Empire could have detected them with the entire armada of ships that entered out of nowhere? There are a few hyperspace signatures, and you would only detect the ships entering the system. Not the TYPE of ships or the quantity. Not to mention, a scan of that magnitude (in regards to power and length) would not take a mere 30 minutes. It would probably take a few hours since you'd have to scan the entire system (or sector) and every aspect of a ship to see if anything would pop up. Even then, the GA's Stealth Ships are designed to AVOID just that. Just so you know, the magnetic signature scanner was only used by the Empire and even then it was never used to detect stealth tech.

In addition, sensors are not perfect at all. Not only can they fail to detect what they should or present false "ghost" images, they can be interfered with by natural phenomena like solar radiation (the sun), hydrogen clouds, asteroid fields, and potent gravity wells (As an example); and by artificial phenomena such as sensor jammers, sensor decoys, SHIELD CAMOUFLAGE, STEALTH TECHNOLOGY, and, OF COURSE, CLOAKING DEVICES. So even your sensors would have trouble detecting them. The only known sensor that could reliably detect a ship with an active cloaking device is the Crystal Gravfield Trap, which was only possessed by the Empire and (stolen permanently) by the New Republic. The New Republic then incorporated it into its LightStealth-18 Reconnaissance Ship, and that was the last known vessel to have acquired such technology to detect other stealth tech.

Ummm...we've had 700 years, as a matter of fact, considering we were still far advanced than any other galactic power in the stealth tech field during Martok's reign. I explained the Empire had the necessary tech to detect stealth ships AT ONE POINT, but that was taken away by the New Republic so that just scraps all that.

You don't report things you aren't sure of, Nuch. Every crewman knows that. Regardless, how on earth would the MANDOS (of all factions) detect even the slightest fluctuation in space by a GA stealth ship?

2. I've studied GA, New Republic, and Old Republic culture since I became a Star Wars fan. I know all there is to know about them. Umm..the wikia? Take a look. You do realise that this is STAR WARS, and not the real world right? With merely FOUR galactic powers controlling nearly the ENTIRE GALAXY, unless the MAND'ALOR (who fulfils more the role of a war leader than a politician) was invited to state dinners or past summits in Galactic Alliance territory. But, other than that, there is really no reason why the leader of another galactic power would have to travel through another territory. Our characters wouldn't think anything of it.

4. It's also your first time meeting the Chief of State in person, but that doesn't change the fact you asked where the Oligarchy Triumvir and Jedi Grand Master are. The Minister of State and the Oligarchy Triumvir are the ones that SPOKE to you about the meeting.
